Products and orders
Availability, descriptions, prices, taxes, and other displayed details may be corrected when an error is found. An order is an offer to buy and may be declined or cancelled for stock, payment authorization, security, or legal reasons.
Delivery, returns, and exchanges
Preparation normally takes 1–2 business days and estimated carrier transit after dispatch is 4–6 business days. Eligible new products may be returned whether defective or non-defective, and exchanges are accepted. Non-defective goods must be new and unused. Ask within 30 calendar days after delivery and obtain approval before mailing. A free prepaid return label is included in the package, no restocking fee applies, and an approved refund is processed and initiated to the original payment method within 10 days.
