Order processing
After successful payment authorization, normal processing is 1–2 business days. Weekends and applicable public holidays are not business days.
Estimated transportation
Once the parcel is dispatched, estimated carrier transit is 4–6 business days. Processing and transit are separate, and a delivery date cannot be guaranteed when weather, destination conditions, or carrier disruptions intervene.
Address, tracking, and delivery questions
Review the shipping address before placing the order. Tracking is supplied when available. If tracking stops updating, a parcel appears delivered but is missing, or the shipment arrives damaged, email unowizazi769@gmail.com with the order number and tracking details.
