Skincu accepts eligible mailed returns for both defective and non-defective products, and we accept exchange requests. Start the request within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Condition and eligibility
A non-defective product must be new, unused, and in its original condition. Defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed goods may also qualify; reasonable inspection of a reported problem does not remove rights provided by law.
Approval before mailing
Email unowizazi769@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, and reason. Include useful photos or video for a product or delivery problem. Wait for approval and the confirmed return destination before shipping.
Prepaid label and charges
A free prepaid return label is included in the package. After approval, use that enclosed label and the supplied instructions for the eligible mailed return. Contact us before shipping if the label is missing. No restocking fee is charged.
Exchange and refund timing
An exchange depends on approval and replacement availability. After a refund is approved, we process and initiate it to the original payment method within 10 days. The bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
Nothing here limits non-excludable consumer rights.
